Seasonal Safety Campaign Event Walsall - 28th and 29th October, Saddlers Centre

To help keep residents in Walsall safe, especially in the run up to Halloween, Bonfire, Diwali and Christmas,  Walsall Council are holding  safety campaign events between 10 am and 1 pm on the  28th October 2019 and 1.30 pm and 4pm on the 29th October 2019 at the Saddler’s centre in Walsall. This is during the schools half term week.  THIS IS OPEN TO ALL RESIDENTS ACROSS THE BOROUGH.

 

The event will involve a number of agencies providing advice and support to visitors and shoppers on crime prevention, personal safety, using fireworks safely, hate crime, and also sign posting to diversionary activities and employment and educational support.  The below is a video link, which has been released today and is being promoted.
