Applications for reception class are managed by Walsall Council admissions department. The LEA apply specific criteria for admission to Walsall schools. Children are eligible for Reception the September following their fourth birthday. More information on the application process and criteria can be found by clicking on this link

Pupils who attend our Nursery do not gain automatic entry into Reception, you must apply for a Reception place with Walsall Council admissions team. However, we do find that many of our Nursery children who live close to the school are offered Reception places by the local authority when offers are made.
The closing date for admission of children to Reception for September 2024 was 15th January 2024.
You will receive your school place offer by email on 16th April 2024.
